Lloyd Graves, President

RealAlliance Consulting, LLC was established by Lloyd Graves in February 2008 with its focus on helping Multiple Listing Services and industry vendors develop strategic alliances that allow each to maximize their individual strengths.

Lloyd began his career in the real estate industry in 1976 as a salesman for Supra Products, Inc. where he consistently led the company in sales. In 1997, Lloyd was hired by Northwest Multiple Listing Service as Member Relations Manager. While at NWMLS, Lloyd led development of their first member website, online transaction forms, customer support department, their first call center, member communications and expansion of the MLS's service area from 2 counties to over 14 counties. In 2005, Lloyd joined HouseValues, Inc. to develop their MLS Business Relations Department. While at HouseValues, he expanded the number of MLS relationships from fewer than 20 to over 100.

Lloyd and his wife Valerie live in the Seattle, Washington area. They have three grown children; Megan, Alex and Ryan.
